Ahmed Fatima Trust registered with Sub-Registrar (Hyderabad) on 3rd October 2019 in pursuance to Trust Act 1882.


Ahmed Fatima Trust registered with Sindh Health Care Commission (SHCC) on 7th February 2020.


Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) approved by Board of Trustees for OPD, support services, management & administration, health & safety, finance & accounting, human resource management, quality policy and information technology


Opened bank account on 28th February 2020 with National Bank of Pakistan, Tauheed Commercial Branch, DHA, Karachi


Health Management Information System (HMIS) has been successfully implemented and is operational since 1st January 2020. The HMIS enabled computerization of patient registration, patient health record and generates numerous reports for management decision making.


International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) has been followed with regards to financial accounting and reporting. IFRS standards bring transparency by enhancing international compatibility and quality of financial information.


One of the chartered accountancy firm shall be engaged out of the "Big Four" audit firm for annual audit of Ahmed Fatima Trust financial accounts. Selection of audit firm is presently under process.


Ahmed Fatima Trust being the registered not-for-profit organization is eligible for tax exemption from FBR. An application in this regard is under process.
