Ahmed Fatima Trust is a registered not-for-profit charitable health sector organization formed in pursuance of the Trust Act 1882. Trust Deed was signed on 3rd October 2019 at the office of sub-registrar Hyderabad. Registered address is Deh Rahuki, District Hyderabad, Sindh (3 kilometers from Hyderabad Toll-gate on Hyderabad-Mirpurkhas Road).
The Ahmed Fatima Trust provides primary healthcare to the less privileged people in rural area of Sindh, of which major are women and children. The Trust has established healthcare facility at its registered address at Rahuki on 1st November 2019.
The creators (the "Settlors") of Ahmed Fatima Trust have created this trust in loving memory of their parents for "Sadq-e-Jaria and Isal-e-Sawab".

Objectives

Establish health care facilities for effective primary medical care of poor and needy people, initially in rural areas of Pakistan with suitable medical facilities keeping in view the resources of the Trust.

To aid, assist, provide and offer medical treatment, rehabilitation and medical care to all persons suffering from, but not limited to, all kinds of ailments, plague, infections, disabilities, disorders and deficiencies regardless of religion, race, colour, caste, or sect, on humanitarian grounds.

Provide essential diagnostic and specialized facilities free of cost to deserving cases

Provide free medicines to the poor, when possible.

To promote awareness and educate the general public to adopt ways and means for the prevention of all kinds of ailments, plague, infections, disabilities, disorders and deficiencies.

To aid, assist, establish, organize, administer, maintain, support, sponsor and run institutions such as hospitals, health unit, health camps, clinics, X-ray clinic or other centres connected with the care of the human body.

To aid, assist, setup, rehabilitate, refurbish, maintain, run, operate & administer the Trust and other institutions that may be established or acquired by the Trust or whose management may be delegated or entrusted to the Trust in the future in such manner as may be deemed fit.
